Blanc Fixe 302 is a synthetic barium sulfate produced from highly purified solutions in a defined particle size. Thanks to its chemical production process, Blanc Fixe 302 improves many remarkable properties including weathering resistance, aging resistance, chemical resistance, brilliance in coloured systems, mechanical strength, etc. It has very narrow distribution range of particle size.
Blanc Fixe 302 is preferred mainly in high quality coatings and plastics where transparency and high gloss are required.
Applications

Coatings: Blanc Fixe 302 is used in high quality applications where high brightness is required like automotive coatings (primer, base), powder coatings with high brightness and thin film thickness, can coating, coil coating, wood coating, marine coating/anti-corrosive coating, PCB inks, etc.
Plastic and rubber: Blanc Fixe 302 is the best choice to use in agricultural applications where transparency and UV light resistance are required like greenhouse films, mulch films, filled plastics,etc. It also ensures better results than CaCO in terms of 3
mechanical strength, resistance to weathering, aging and chemicals, with noise and vibration suppression in applications.
Blanc Fixe 302 can also find usage areas in paper production (as filler), vehicle brake pads (high resistance to heat), batteries (improves the efficiency of cathod process, etc.) and concrete (as radiation shield against X rays in hospitals,nuclear reactors, etc.).
